Where are you located?
NutriActiva's headquarters are in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.
We also have NutriAcrtiva SAS in Bogota, Colombia for distribution there.
In what currency are the prices?
US dollars (USD)
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Send us an email to info@nutriactriva.com with your order. International purchase orders are accepted on a case by case basis.
International Customers
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country in the world. Shipping and import taxes will calculate automatically in the shopping cart. If shipping is not available to your country, contact us, as there may be special requirements.
Will I need to pay import taxes?
For customers who received their products outside of the USA, we charge import taxes at checkout for the majority of countries. This means that no additional import taxes (VAT and duty) will be charged at checkout upon delivery. See import tax rates here.
How much does it cost in my currency?
The price that we charge at checkout is in US dollars (USD). Your bank (credit card) will convert the payment to your currency according to their rates. To get a quick estimate, you can use an online currency converter or you can call your bank to get more details.
When will my package arrive?
The majority of international shipments arrive in 3-5 business days if there are no customs delays.
